PORTRAIT OF A GRADUATE: Pioneer Central School District is seeking your input as we develop the district's plan for New York State's initiative, Portrait of a Graduate. This is a shared vision of the most important skills and qualities every student should have by the time they graduate. We want to hear from you because your ideas, experiences, and goals matter. CLEANER NEEDED: Pioneer is accepting applications for the position of 2nd shift cleaner. Starting wage is $16.75/hour. There is shift differential pay for 2nd shift. Paid time off, paid holidays, NYS Retirement.

SUMMER MEALS: Pioneer Food Service is pleased to announce summer weekday and weekend meal kits for all children age 1-18. Parents/guardians must fill out a separate application for each child. Weekday meals can be picked up at Delevan Elementary, and weekend meals at Pioneer High School. Scan the QR codes for dates and an application.

Thank you to all the voters who turned out for today's elections. The 2026-27 general fund budget was approved, 718-301. The capital improvement reserve fund proposition was approved, 742-247.
For the Board of Education, the top two vote-getters will serve 5-year terms. The results: Shannon King (783), Kate Uhteg (750), Carol McCarville (329).

Pioneer is teaming with senior Cora Hirsch on a book drive to encourage K-4 summer reading.

Pioneer will offer First Aid/CPR/Lifeguard recertifications on June 11.
