Pioneer Middle School is thrilled to announce that Margaret Brinkworth, a dedicated Special Education teacher at the school, has been selected for special recognition through the New York State Assembly’s Teacher Appreciation Recognition Program.
Assistant Principal Jenna Driver said, "Margaret is the heart of our school, known as the building’s no. 1 cheerleader, and she brings her unwavering positivity and compassion to everything she does. From creating personalized learning strategies to collaborating with families and staff, she goes above and beyond to support every student, both academically and emotionally. Her tireless commitment and genuine care have made a lasting difference in our school community, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her honored with this well-deserved recognition."
Officials thanked Assemblyman Jospeh Sempolinski and his team for helping spotlight the incredible work of educators like Margaret during Teacher Appreciation Week.
