Pioneer High School Guidance Counselor Brian Hammond has been inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame at his alma mater, Iroquois Central School.
Mr. Hammond was enshrined as part of festivities held Oct. 17 at Iroquois. His family was on hand to help celebrate.
Mr. Hammond said, "I’m deeply honored to have been inducted into Iroquois's Athletic Hall of Fame. It was a humbling experience and a joyful celebration of everyone who supported me along the way. This recognition isn’t just mine—it belongs to the coaches, teammates, family, and friends who helped shape the journey."
Mr. Hammond was honored for his football and basketball achievements.
