This year, the third grade classrooms of Mrs. Jessica Zymowski and Miss Jenna Fontaine have enhanced Arcade Elementary's daily morning announcements by making them virtual.
With the help of Skip Tillinghast from Instructional Technology Services, we have daily announcements up and running on the big screens in our classrooms. Each day the third graders record the announcements, give the weather, read the menus, add a funny joke and conclude with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Teachers can play these videos for their students at their convenience using Microsoft Teams. What a fun way to improve our reading and public speaking skills!
