The hits just keep coming for Pioneer Panthers Varsity Football Coach Jim Duprey.
Just a few weeks after career win no. 100, and days after winning a nail-biter 7-6 playoff game against Albion, Coach Duprey was named a co-winner of the Buffalo Bills' Adpro High School Coach of the Week Award.
Coach Duprey shares the honor with Scott Nugent of Brockport High School.
"This is a well deserved honor for Jim for all of his efforts on and off the field," said Pioneer Athletic Director Bill Weidner. "He is definitely one of the hardest working coaches in Western New York."
The Panthers are busy gearing up for the next playoff game Friday, Nov. 4, at Maryvale, with an appearance at Highmark Stadium on the line.
