food service

Pioneer School District's Food Service Department is eager to provide the best possible meals to students in 2022-23.

In a letter being sent to district parents, the department announced that Delevan Elementary School will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and students will receive breakfast and lunch at no cost this year. No application is required.

Students in all other buildings (Arcade Elementary, Pioneer Middle School, and Pioneer High School) are eligible for breakfast at no cost. Free and Reduced Lunch applications will be available closer to the start of school.

School lunch prices are $2.40 at Arcade and $2.65 at the middle and high schools.

In addition, My School Bucks is no longer being used as a cashless way of paying for meals. In its place, the department is implementing a point-of-sale system called Titan. Titan will be set up with a parent portal enabling users to view their student's account activity and balance information, and apply money to their accounts. Any balance leftover from My School Bucks will be transferred to Titan.

Further updates will be posted as soon as the program is available.
