The Pioneer Social Work Department has named Pioneer Middle School Special Education teacher Eric Kramer as its Caught in the Act winner for the month of December 2025.

Mr. Kramer joins Cynthia Landis of the Food Service Department as winners of Caught in the Act. He was nominated by several staff members for always going above and beyond for each of his students.

Social Worker Sheri Bell-Beyer said, "Eric has great rapport with his students and their families, meets daily with students for Power Hour, and actively teaches/re-teaches during Power Hour for those students who need the extra support to be successful in school. Eric is always smiling and is a highly dedicated member of the Pioneer School District."

Eric will receive a $10 gift card to Coffee Crate, a certificate, a lanyard pin and his picture taken with representatives from the Social Work Department (above). Congratulations, Eric!

The Social Work Department received a number of nominations for Caught in the Act for December. The department would like to give a huge shout-out to the following individuals who were recognized by their colleagues for going above and beyond to meet student needs:
