Pioneer School District is celebrating Spirit Week and Homecoming the week of Sept. 25-29.

Traditionally, Spirit Week culminates with Homecoming, and this year's home football game is against West Seneca East on Friday, Sept. 29, at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $1, and advanced sale wristbands are available in the high school office. Admission can also be purchased at the gate.
A Homecoming dance for students and guests will happen Saturday, Sept. 30, at the high school.
Among the many Homecoming events for fans:
- Homecoming Tailgate from 5-6:30 p.m., with music by local band “The Bonfire”
- Friends of Pioneer Athletes Chicken Barbeque
- Hitching Post Ice Cream Truck from 5-6:30 p.m.
- Fireworks following the football game
