Pioneer High School bids fond farewell to the Class of 2023 during this year's commencement, which happens on Friday, June 23, at 6:00 p.m.
The ceremony happens within George C. Crawford Auditorium at the high school.
The Class of '23 was finishing up its freshman year when the pandemic struck in 2020. They have persevered through many challenges in their time at school.
Among the student speakers at commencement include valedictorian Kailey Place and salutatorian Kevina Drennan. Principal Katelyn Welker and Superintendent Nicholas Silvaroli are also scheduled to speak.
Class members received their scholarships, awards and memorials back on Achievement Night June. 7.
