Degrees and Certifications:
Miss Jenna Fontaine
A little bit about me...
I was born and rasied in Strykersville NY and attended Arcade Elementary and graduated from Pioneer Central School District. It is so exciting to be back, teaching in the same classroom that I created many memories in while I was in second grade many years ago!
After high school, I attended SUNY Geneseo for my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. From there, I continued my education and received my Master's Degree from University of Rochester for Teaching Students with Significant Disabilities. After my program, I moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland where I began my teaching career. While I was in Maryland, I was able to obtain an additional Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University for Curriulum and Instruction with a focus on Special Education Curriculum. After five years of teaching elementary special education, I decided it was time to come closer to family, and bring back what I have learned to my home school, and... I am so thankful to be here!
