    Dear Customer Service Department,


    I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F250 truck at Basil Ford in Cheektowaga New York. I paid $38,000 for a Limited Edition. The purchase date was February 26th 2016

    Upon delivery of my truck I noticed that there are no windshield wipers nor a steering wheel. I need to commute to work on a daily basis. Without a steering wheel it will be impossible for me to get to work. Also, I live in a high precipitation area. Commuting without windshield wipers creates an unsafe situation for me.

    I would appreciate your immediate attention to this problem. Please send a steering wheel and wipers to the dealership so I can get them installed. I would also like free oil changes for as long as I own this vehicle to make up for this mistake.
