Alternative Energy Course
This course involves the analysis and comparison of various alternative energie and how they are related to the currently predominant fossil fuels. Students will compare the available resources and choose the most suitable option for a given situation. This analysis will include the scientific, historic, cultrual and economic aspects of the most common alternative energies as well as an investigation of some less well know energy resources.
This course offers optional college credit through ECC (PH-130). This decision to apply for college credit is made in December with more information presented to students and parents in the Fall.
