The password self-service feature, accessed with the “Manage My Account” link from the login page and at the bottom of the E1B (www.e1b.org) or eBOCES (www.eboces.org) web pages, will be updated on Wednesday, August 3, 2011.
We have reviewed industry best practices and suggestions made to our Service Desk and will be improving the forgotten password function security questions, providing more help text and reducing the number of questions that need to be answered.
After this date all users MUST use “Manage My Account” to update their security questions before they can login to access portal applications (PDP Premier) using their current password.
Any user who does not remember their password MUST contact the service desk for assistance. The "Manage Your Account" link will be unavailable Monday, August 1 and Tuesday, August 2 while the change is implemented.
Future email communications about your account will be sent from servicedesk@e1b.org.
