Welcome! My name is Mr. Monaco and I am a new 4th grade teacher here at Arcade Elementary.
Before coming to the Pioneer School District I spent 1 year as a Kindergarten and 4th grade Reading Specialist in Hamburg, 3 years as a 4th grade Reading Specialist and Special Education teacher at the Charter School for Applied Technologies, and 1 year as a 4th/5th grade Special Education teacher in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
