AP Chemistry: advanced chemistry for juniors and seniors who have passed regents chemistry. This course is comparable with a first year college chemistry class, and college credit is available by taking the College Board Advanced Placement Exam. Two periods per day are scheduled to accommodate the time needed for college level labs.
Regents Chemistry: This class follows the New York State Curriculum Guide for Physical Setting/Chemistry. Three extra periods per A-F day cycle will be scheduled to accommodate the required laboratory experience. The New York State Regents Exam given in June will count as the final exam.
