About myself
Hi Folks! My name is Darren Nahs and I am currently in my 13th year as a History Teacher here at Pioneer High School. During my time at Pioneer, I have instructed students in Economics, Government, U.S. History, AP U.S. History, and Global 1 & 2. For the past few years I have enjoyed teaching Global History and Geography to the freshmen and sophomores.
My career so far has included being a classroom teacher, class advisor for the freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior classes; participation in Pioneer's Shared Decision Making Committee, Technology Committee, PBIS, etc. Pioneer High School has a fantastic faculty with which to work and a student body second to none. Our School Board and community support our school and students as well as see Pioneer as a focal point for community interaction and involvement. The Pioneer Central School District is a wonderful place to work and I am proud to be part of it. I hope you enjoy my homepage and please keep in mind that it is a continuous work in progress. :)
