ParentCONNECTxp
ParentCONNECTxp is a website, maintained by the school district. Using the site, parents of students in the Arcade Elementary, Delevan Elementary, Pioneer Middle, and Pioneer High Schools may access school information about their children that includes: attendance records, discipline incidents, and health and immunization records. In addition, parents of students attending Pioneer Middle School and Pioneer High School will have access to information pertaining to homework assignments, report card grades, and current grade point averages. (Please be aware that data posted to the ParentCONNECTxp site are a mere 24 hours old.)
In addition to this web access, ParentCONNECTxp users may also subscribe to automated email notification of attendance reports, discipline incidents, failing grades, or missing assignments. (At present, we are experiencing difficulties communicating with AOL email accounts, but are working to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we attend to this matter.)

Who can access Parent Connect?
The ParentCONNECTxp website and Phone Connect is available to any parent or guardian of a student or students within the Pioneer Central School District.
· The registration process
Parents first must either pre-register on-line by completing a simple registration form, or by using the attached form . After pre-registering, they should wait for a period of at least two business days before appearing in person (and with photo ID) at any of the district buildings where their children go to school. (Parents are required to appear in person to ensure the security and confidentiality of this data.) They will then be given a UserID and Password with which to access their account information via ParentCONNECTxp and Phone Connect.

· Using the ParentCONNECTxp website
After securing a ParentCONNECTxp account, parents will be able to log in at the web address mentioned above. Please take the time to explore the website to familiarize yourself with its many features. Also, please be aware that you can change your password (and sign up for email notifications) by clicking on the Settings button located in the upper right-hand corner of the ParentCONNECT site.
Note: The Pioneer Central School District has made a server-based electronic gradebook program available to Middle School and High School teaching staff. All of the teachers in those buildings will be using that software beginning with the 2001-2002 school year
