How to Register and Sign Up for E-Alerts via Email and Txt Messaging to Cellphones
You must Register and Subscribe to receive information.
To Register for our site:
1. Go to our website: www.pioneerschools.org
2. Click on the Register button at the top right of the page.

3. Enter your birth date and click Submit. (You must be older than 13 to do this.)
4. Please fill out the form that displays. Note that there are 6 required fields: First
Name, Last Name, Email Address, Sign-In Name, Password and Confirming
Password.
5. Make sure that the box that says “Please send me email about Events and
Activities” is selected, and click “ Submit.”
6. You will now see a message that your registration has been accepted.
To Subscribe for our site:
1. Please sign into the website now using the Sign-In Name and password that you just
assigned yourself. This can be done by either clicking on the “ Sign In” button at
the top right of the site, or by clicking on the hyperlink below the Acceptance
Message.
2. Once signed in, you will need to click on the “ Access My Info” button that appears
at the top right of the page.
3. You will now see your profile displayed and available to edit if necessary.
Please scroll down until you see “ My E-Alerts & Subscriptions”.
4. Click on “ Edit Subscriptions.”
5. At this point, you will be able to select any sections on our website to which you
would like to subscribe. This subscription will enable you to receive email messages
from the editors of these sections, if they decide to announce a significant update
on their pages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check the District Homepage (urgent announcements
appear here), and any other page that may apply to you or your
child/children on the District pages.

6. Scroll to the very bottom and click on “ Subscribe.” You will now be set to receive
important alerts from our website.
7. To sign up for Txt Message alerts to your cell phone - while in the My Alerts and Subscriptions area make
sure to select the correct cell phone service provider and the correct cell phone number, including the area
code, without the dashes and whether you would like only emergency messages sent via txt. The cost of
this service in contingent on your cell phone carrier cost.
8. Since each of Pioneer’s four schools has its own website, please select your childs school(s) from the drop
down menu within the District Homepage box, wait for the new selection to load and then select the pages
you want to track. Be sure to include your child’s class or teacher page from the list.
